2.3 All extensions are intended for professional or competent at-home application. Results may vary depending on installation method and hair type.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3.2 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details.

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping

4.1 ZELIYKAH ships Australia-wide.

4.2 Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and external courier services.

4.3 Once an order has been dispatched, ZELIYKAH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address information.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging with security seals intact.

5.2 Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

5.3 Opened, worn, altered, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

5.4 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

5.5 If a product is deemed faulty, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with supporting evidence.

6. Product Care and Liability

6.1 ZELIYKAH is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, colouring, chemical processing, misuse, or incorrect aftercare.

6.2 Customers acknowledge that hair extensions require proper maintenance and care.

6.3 We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Customers should conduct appropriate testing before full application.
