Returns & Refunds Policy

At ZELIYKAH, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair extensions. Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our products, we operate under a strict returns policy.
Please review carefully before purchasing.
No Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Change of mind includes, but is not limited to:
• Deciding you no longer want the product
• Ordering the wrong item
• Purchasing the wrong quantity
• Not achieving your desired look
• Personal preference
All product details, lengths (14”–26”), and shade options are provided to assist you in making an informed decision before purchase.
Hygiene & Safety Policy
Hair extensions are classified as a personal-use product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once items have been dispatched unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
We cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or tampered packaging
• Broken security seals
• Worn or installed extensions
• Extensions that have been brushed, washed, toned, coloured, cut, or altered
• Products damaged due to incorrect installation or aftercare
This ensures every customer receives brand-new, untouched hair.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe you have received a faulty product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs
• A detailed explanation
All claims are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.
Installation & Aftercare Responsibility
ZELIYKAH is not responsible for issues resulting from:
• Improper installation
• Incorrect removal
• Chemical processing
• Colour alteration
• Excessive heat styling
• Inadequate maintenance
Proper application and aftercare are essential to maintain the integrity of hair extensions.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to remedies in accordance with the law.
